(Preferred) Require Travel Language Requirements Japanese (Native Level) Description International Logistics company is looking for Japanese Bilingual Logistics Branch Manager. Engage in significant out of office sales activities. Provide consultation to corporate clients to promote and develop business. Review and evaluate financial performance data to implement strategic ideas of achieving growth and expansion for the branch. Recruit, select, train and retain a qualified workforce to help achieve growth and expansion. Conduct performance appraisals, develop subordinates for promotions and salary increases, and also discipline, demote and/or terminate employees when necessary. Requirements Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent customer service skills. Strong understanding of exporting and importing household items, primarily through ocean transport.
