Plant Operator - 2nd Shift

We're looking for talented plant operators to join our growing team.

What you’ll get to do:
- Become adept at operating all facets of the systems and equipment, moving from one area of the plant to another.
- Proficiently and safely operate various mobile equipment, including Bobcat, fork truck, skid steer, person-lift, front-end loader and pickup truck.
- Complete minor mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on all plant equipment.
- Perform sample testing and simple analysis to improve our plant performance.
- Operate all site conveyors and process equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
What you need to have:
- Experience working with aggregate in a production environment
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in plant operations and maintenance
- Mechanical and basic preventive maintenance skills; welding experience strongly preferred
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Heavy equipment operation experience strongly preferred
- Computer proficiency
Shift hours: 2:30-10:30 pm Monday through Friday, plus 1 weekend day per month
