About the Role:
Join the vibrant team at 27 Club Coffee as a Line Cook, where your culinary skills will shine in a fast-paced, creative environment. We’re looking for passionate individuals who can bring our delicious dishes to life, ensuring every plate is a work of art.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality food items in accordance with our menu standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
Assist in menu development and recipe creation as needed.
Provide exceptional service and support to the front-of-house staff.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Passion for coffee and culinary arts is a plus.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
