$18.00/Hour | 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM Full-Time | Machining & Manufacturing Environment


Are you an experienced Shipping & Receiving Associate looking for a stable career with a growing machining company? We are seeking a dependable, flexible team member to manage shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and warehouse operations while supporting production activities as needed.


This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with shipping, receiving, warehouse, forklift, or logistics experience who enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
• Create shipping labels using UPS, FedEx, and other online shipping software
• Pack precision machined parts to ensure safe delivery to customers
• Verify shipments, quantities, and documentation for accuracy
• Load, unload, and move materials using a forklift and other material handling equipment
• Maintain shipping and receiving records using Microsoft Office programs
• Supply production lines with materials and components as needed
• Assist production by spinning chips and supporting manufacturing operations during downtime
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe work area
• Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations
• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Experience using UPS, FedEx, or other shipping software
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to support both shipping and production departments
• Flexible, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required

Skills & Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new processes and equipment
• Forklift certification is a plus but training may be available for the right candidate

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk on concrete floors for up to 10 hours per day
• Frequently push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Work in a manufacturing and machining environment around production equipment
