Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

JEWELS Therapy Clinic is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Baltimore, Maryland. We are dedicated to helping children build independence, confidence, and essential life skills through individualized, evidence-based therapy services.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist passionate about pediatric care to work in a collaborative, supportive clinic environment with mentorship, flexibility, and professional growth.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and goals
• Provide evidence-based interventions targeting:
  • Fine motor skills
  • Sensory processing
  • Self-care and daily living skills
  • Emotional regulation
  • Functional independence
• Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to support carryover at home
• Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic strategies when appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with clinical standards
• Partner with Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, educators, and other providers to ensure coordinated care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

Required

• Active Occupational Therapy license
• Ability to work in-person in Baltimore, MD
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and families

Preferred

• Previous pediatric occupational therapy experience
• Experience working with developmental delays, sensory integration, or autism spectrum disorders
• Strong collaboration and clinical problem-solving skills
