Senior CRE Asset Manager: Portfolio & Loan Oversight
SitusAMC Holdings Corporation
SitusAMC is seeking an experienced loan portfolio professional in Houston to manage a structured CRE loan portfolio, monitor property cash flows, rent rolls, and market conditions, and report performance to lenders and investors.
The role requires 6+ years in CRE or debt asset management, a bachelor’s degree, and strong financial modeling in Excel. Competitive base salary range, plus discretionary bonus, PTO, holidays, and comprehensive benefits.
