If so, Circle Logistics is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who's ready to grow with us—learning the full recruitment process and helping us build a high-performing workforce that lives our values.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll support our hiring efforts by helping attract, engage, and hire great talent across the organization. Here's what you'll be doing:

 

• Partner with hiring managers to uncover their staffing needs and craft crystal-clear job requirements that actually make sense!
• Write and polish job descriptions that showcase both the role's responsibilities AND the awesome Circle Logistics culture
• Dream up and execute sourcing strategies that help us find qualified candidates in all the right places
• Hunt for talent across job boards, social media, referral networks, and professional events—basically, become a talent detective!
• Craft outreach messages that get candidates excited to apply and engage with us
• Review resumes and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates and their fit with our team
• Juggle interview scheduling and coordinate all the logistics to make sure candidates have a smooth, impressive experience
• Assess candidates for relevant skills, experience, and alignment with our company values—think of yourself as a culture fit expert!
• Support offer preparation and jump into salary discussions under guidance from leadership
• Team up with HR to roll out the red carpet for new hires and ensure they feel welcomed from day one
• Help spread the word about Circle Logistics as an amazing place to work through various channels
• Stay in the loop on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices—keep your skills sharp and your knowledge fresh!

 

Qualifications

**The Must-Haves (aka Your Superpowers):**

• **Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills** – You're the person who can chat with anyone and make them feel like your best friend (no recruiting experience needed—we'll teach you the ropes!)
• **Strong attention to detail and organizational prowess** – You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball (or your sanity!)
• **A genuine passion for connecting with people** – You light up when you help someone find their perfect role, and you actually mean it!

**The Nice-to-Haves (aka Your Secret Weapons):**

• **Familiarity with social media platforms, job boards, or recruiting tools** – Or just a willingness to learn them faster than you can say "LinkedIn!"
• **Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools** – Bonus points if you can navigate them with your eyes closed!
• **Background in customer service, sales, event planning, or team leadership** – Basically, any role where you've honed your people skills and proven you're a natural connector
