Pay: $18.00 - $24.00/hour 1st shift - $18-$20/hour 2nd Shift - $20-$22/hour 3rd Shift - $22-$24/hour What You'll Do As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you will help manufacture medical device components used around the world. You will work in a modern cleanroom environment performing production, assembly, inspection, molding, and material preparation tasks while ensuring products meet high-quality standards. Responsibilities: Operate molding and production equipment to manufacture medical-grade silicone and plastic components Trim, finish, and inspect products according to quality standards Perform detailed visual inspections, including microscope work Weigh, mix, and prepare raw materials for production Complete production documentation and quality records Use hand tools to perform precision manufacturing tasks Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and cleanroom protocols Work closely with team members to meet production goals What We're Looking For No prior manufacturing experience required. We will train the right candidate. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
