Responsibilities include:Perform comprehensive drain and plumbing system inspectionsClear drain blockages using cable machines, hydro-jetting equipment, and other specialized toolsDiagnose drain and sewer system issues accuratelyRepair and replace drainage components as neededClearly explain findings and repair options to homeownersDeliver outstanding customer service on every callDocument work performed using ServiceTitanMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all company safety standards and industry best practicesWhat We're Looking For3-5+ years of residential drain service experienceStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsExperience with hydro jetting and drain cleaning equipmentServiceTitan experience preferredWorking knowledge of residential plumbing systemsValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordAbility to pass background and drug screeningSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyStrong communication and customer service skillsComfortable recommending solutions that genuinely benefit customersReliable, professional, and team-orientedPhysical RequirementsThis position involves working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and snow.
