Position Highlights:
  • Provide direct clinical care and manage perioperative processes for orthopedic trauma, specializing in foot & ankle surgery.

  • Lead, mentor, and educate within a thriving academic setting.

  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams within the VA and community partners.

  • Engage in continuous quality improvement, specialty program development, and hospital committee activities.

  • Utilize advanced resources and contribute to program development.

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Highly Competitive Salary: $325,000 - $400,000 per year, plus annual performance bonuses and regular step increases.

Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship (non-citizens may be considered per VA policy if qualified).

  • MD/DO or equivalent; completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program.

  • Board Certified/Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.

  • Fellowship training or substantial experience in foot and ankle surgery (including arthroplasty) is highly preferred.

  • Active, full, and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state.
