Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, an industry leader in aerospace manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the production operations supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location:  Chula Vista, California

Pay Range: $50-$60/+ DOE plus OT, benefits

What's the Job?

• Support production operations by developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes, tools, and workflows.
• Ensure products are built efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Interpret 2D and 3D drawings to support manufacturing activities.
• Maintain knowledge of GD&T and SAP systems to streamline manufacturing processes.

What's Needed?

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in sheet metal, machining, and assembly processes.
• Ability to interpret 2D and 3D drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of GD&T and SAP systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing best practices and safety standards.
