Annual Pay Range: $120k-$180k The Finance / Sales Manager ensures that the dealership meets its unit sales quotas and gross profit objectives on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis while generating additional revenue through the sale of finance and insurance products. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop monthly projections and establish unit sales, gross profit, and departmental profit objectives for the 90-day sales period Sell financing, extended warranties, and aftermarket products to customers Establish and maintain relationships with multiple finance sources and submit all finance deals for approval Meet daily with sales staff to review results and plan activities Provide on-the-job training and coaching to salespeople Verify and process all paperwork including title, lien information, taxes, insurance verification, deposits, and trade payoffs Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures, reporting any accidents immediately High school diploma or the equivalent Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Degree or commensurate experience in finance Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures Computer knowledge preferred Professional personal appearance All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license It's time to make the most important move of your career .
