Hillsboro Health & Rehab is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead census growth and expand our referral network within the Hillsboro market. You will build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and care managers, driving occupancy and improving market presence. The role requires strong business acumen, healthcare marketing experience, and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
