Reliance Home Health Caregivers seeks a Part-time, in-person Care Supervisor to support adults with developmental disabilities across three CILA homes. You will supervise DSPs, coordinate care plans, and ensure residents' charts are updated, appointments scheduled, and supplies stocked. The role requires a BA in Social Work or related field, two years of relevant experience, supervisory experience preferred, and familiarity with HIPAA.
