DIRECTOR of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY

This very well-established, $1B publicly traded, world-class manufacturing organization has made a strategic acquisition & they now have a foothold in the PRECISION MACHINING / WELDING and ASSEMBLY industry. They need you to bridge their core engineering capabilities (precision fluid systems and components) into highly precision-machined systems and aggressively grow out their existing A/D business segment!
We need a STRONG LEADER that is a strategic-minded go-getter to build a plan and execute growth initiatives to penetrate additional A&D markets for their entire portfolio of products & capabilities.
- You will have an ENTREPRENEURIAL MANDATE to shape the strategic direction, including potential M&A activities , and grow your role as the business scales. xhyhwjd
- Develop Go-to Market Strategies
- Identify & win new business while cultivating existing relationships
- Shape the long term A&D capabilities; planning, investments
- Serve as the primary "face" of the organization for the A&D market
- US Citizenship required
- DoD clearance is a plus
OFFERING: Executive Compensation Package = Attractive base salary + generous bonus + RSU grants
LOCATION: Work REMOTELY with approx. 50% travel to HQ in CA, trade shows, conferences & customers etc.
