Our client seeks a Clinical Trial Associate to support clinical trial coordination activities across assigned studies. The role focuses on tracking operational activities, maintaining essential study documentation including the eTMF, and coordinating with internal teams, CROs, vendors, and clinical sites. The position reports to the Clinical Operations Head within the assigned Therapeutic Area and works cross-functionally to support clinical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Clinical Operations Leads and Clinical Trial Managers with day-to-day trial operations to meet study objectives and timelines in compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain clinical trial files, including the eTMF, and manage project processes and tracking systems.

• Liaise with Clinical Sample Management to track and coordinate biomarker testing with third-party laboratories.

• Collaborate with Clinical Data Management and Digital Informatics to enable timely training and system access for external stakeholders, including CRO and site staff, across platforms such as EDC, IWRS, ePRO, and eTMF.

• Coordinate project team and departmental meetings, including preparation and maintenance of associated documentation.

• Assist with vendor and clinical site agreements, budgets, and reconciliation and tracking of purchase orders and invoices.

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders at our client, CRO partners, and clinical sites.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical research environment.

• Basic understanding of drug development and familiarity with FDA and ICH GCP guidelines.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to learn, take direction, and manage multiple tasks.

• Self-motivated with comfort managing shifting priorities in a small company environment.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-based discipline preferred.
