Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality haircuts and grooming services to clients.
- Provide consultations to understand client preferences and style desires.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barbershop.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in men's grooming.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through excellent service.
Requirements
- Valid Barber or Cosmetology license.
- Experience in men’s hair cutting and grooming.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for full-time hours, including weekends.
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including weekends.
