You will split your time between driving operational excellence—managing budgets, supply ordering, quality control, and regulatory compliance—and leading from the front. Requirements 3+ years of previous restaurant management experience Valid California Food Handler Card/Serv Safe Manager Certified/RBS Certified Able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner.
