Senior Assurance/Audit Associate

A leading PE-backed healthcare services organization with a strong growth trajectory and active acquisition pipeline is hiring a Senior Accountant to support continued expansion. This is a newly created role designed to strengthen the accounting function and drive operational scalability. Position is hybrid, working two days a week in the Morrisville HQ. The Opportunity This is a hands‑on role with clear visibility to leadership and a defined path to promotion into a manager position within 12 months based on performance. You’ll support a high-growth division, partner cross-functionally, and help build scalable processes in a fast‑paced, acquisitive environment. Why This Role Clear path to Manager-level progression Exposure to M&A and high-growth operations Opportunity to build and improve processes High visibility and direct impact on the business What You’ll Do Own month-end close (journal entries, reconciliations, roll‑forwards) Support GAAP-compliant financial reporting Partner cross-functionally with finance, treasury, and AP Identify control gaps and drive process improvements Assist with the integration of acquired entities Support audits and audit readiness Contribute to technical accounting initiatives Standardize processes across business units Lead special projects in a high-growth environment Ideal Background 3+ years of public accounting (audit) experience Big 4 or large regional firm preferred Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience Analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven Strong communicator with leadership potential #J-18808-Ljbffr StevenDouglas
