We are looking for a Lead / Key Holder to support store leadership and help drive the day-to-day success of our Roosevelt Field location . This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and is ready to take the next step into leadership.

The Role

As a Lead / Key Holder, you will act as a trusted support to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers, helping lead the team on the floor and ensuring smooth store operations. You will take ownership during opening and closing shifts, support the team in delivering an elevated customer experience, and help maintain strong store standards.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is both customer-focused and operationally strong.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a leader on the sales floor, delivering an elevated and on-brand customer experience
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and store security
• Support daily operations, including stock flow, replenishment, and visual standards
• Assist with coaching and guiding Stylists to drive sales and performance
• Support the execution of store goals and KPIs (conversion, UPT, AUR)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented store environment
• Step in as manager on duty when leadership is not present
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

What Were Looking For

• 1+ years of retail experience, with some leadership or key holder responsibility preferred
• Strong presence on the floor with the ability to lead by example
• Reliable, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of shifts
• Passion for fashion, retail, and customer experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
