Compose routine correspondence from brief notes, oral instructions or on the basis of precedents
Make arrangements for conferences, meetings and briefings for the department
Maintain cost records and expenditures in relation to funds allocated
Update information in electronic systems when changes occur
Procure supplies, equipment, and services from authorized sources
Prepares travel documents within automated systems
