Salary: $65,000–$70,000

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily front and back of house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve high performance
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and controllable costs
• Support financial performance by helping drive sales and profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and operational standards

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service casual dining environment
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
• Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
• Working knowledge of labor management, food cost, and inventory control
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
