Social Strategist

Shaping social strategy for a brand, the full-time remote Social Strategist will lead the enterprise social strategy process, build briefs for content and campaigns, and partner closely with media to align paid and organic strategies. Key responsibilities Lead the enterprise social strategy process by translating data, platform behavior, and cultural signals into actionable insights for creative teams Build and manage briefs that guide enterprise content and campaigns, collaborating with brand and creative partners Champion a best-in-class approach to social, inspiring teams and representing the social strategy perspective in integrated campaign development Required qualifications 7-10 years of experience in brand, communications, or social strategy with a strong track record in audience-first strategy Hands-on experience collaborating with creative teams to develop and evolve ideas Cultural fluency and curiosity regarding social media trends and audience behavior Strong judgment and taste in brand behavior within modern channels Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels
