ID: 78486478 Shift: 06:30-17:00 Description: : TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center Location: Nashville, TN Address: 391 Wallace Rd Unit Name: Surgery Building: Main Hospital Cost Center: 701 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 5 ORs, 1 Cysto room. Typically run 4-5 ORs a day Patient Ratios : N/A Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Daily boardrunner, one circulator, one scrub, one FA staffed to each room. Total joint procedures require additional scrub or FA. Type of equipment : Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: Full time hours, 1-2 late shifts a week. Call is rotating weekends. Floating policy: Typically do not float. In the event of low volume, opportunities provided in other departments of surgical services (within scope) Patient Experience requirements: Experience with Ortho and spine preferred as these are our primary service lines. General, vascular, urology, gynecology, neuro, ENT, podiatry, bariatric, robotic services present at our facility. Hospital Specifics- Certifications: BLS required Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: CST- must have scrub technician certification and BLS RN Circulator- TN RN license, BLS Advanced skills needed: Experience in service lines listed above is preferred Procedures performed on unit: General, bariatric, vascular, urology, gynecology, neuro, Ortho, spine, ENT, podiatry, robotic. Primarily Ortho and spine Certifications Required: BLS Dress Code: (Required uniform) Scrubs provided at the facility Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
