Production Supervisor - Days

We are looking for a Day Shift Production Supervisor to help us oversee the daily operations of a manufacturing shift to ensure efficient production. As a Trex Day Shift Production Supervisor, you will be looked to as an innovator in the manufacturing process and expected to manage production goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role is a key member of our Operations team. Responsibilities Safety Prioritization: Act with a Safety-First mindset and champion a safety-centered culture Recognize and immediately correct unsafe conditions and behaviors Conduct Root Cause and Counter Measure investigations if incidents occur Act courageously to resolve safety hazards quickly Process Management: Think and act like an owner each day Champion brand ownership through quality-centered execution Establish clear expectations for multiple roles Form routines that provide regular feedback based on goals Manage performance against operational targets through KPIs Drive Continuous Improvement based on team feedback Adjust daily production strategy based on budgetary requirements Leadership Mindset: Proven leader who remains positive and approachable during high-stress situations Communicate clearly and effectively to multiple levels of the organization Make independent, timely decisions based on available information Comfortable working in a dynamic environment while managing multiple demands Recognize direct reports’ abilities and strengths while cultivating talent Develop high-functioning teams Prioritize employee engagement by building meaningful relationships Drive actions that improve employee engagement Resolve employee conflicts as they occur Administrative Acumen: Organizational skills to maintain accurate timekeeping and absenteeism records Create a standard process or procedure Re-assign personnel based on business need Participate in the hiring process as a direct people leader Use Microsoft Office Suite Span of Control Responsible for leading 1-3 floor-level, hourly leaders Supervisory responsibility of 10-15 hourly employees Job Location Little Rock, AR (on-site) Position Type Full-Time/Regular Experience We are looking for leaders with at least 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is a plus. We want to hear from you if you have previous experience as a Production Supervisor or Production Lead. Salary Base Salary Range: $82,000 - $95,000 annually. The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply.
