Job Description

Job Functions:

• Analyze operations reports for increased accuracy for producing payroll
• Assist with human resources processes that involve payroll sick, vacation, medical and personal leave, furlough and recall
• Work with operations staff to increase database products
• Document existing processes and innovate and improve them
• Interface with IT for the development of operations systems
• Per diem/rig calculations and report
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• High level of organizational skills and accuracy of data input
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to delegate duties and instructions to insure task completion
• Ability to clearly communicate with customers and co-workers; excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of one (1) year experience working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Minimum of one (1) year experience working in an office environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Job Skills:

• Knowledge of federal aviation regulations
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures of 121 and 117 regulations
• Knowledge of flight operations department
• Associate's degree in accounting or related field

Physical Requirements:

• Employees are regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard
• Light to moderate lifting is required
• Comply with ATI attendance requirements
