Founded in 1979, FabArc’s two manufacturing plants have a total fabricating area of 275,000 square feet and a work force of over 300 highly skilled employees. FabArc has the capacity to produce in excess of 40,000 tons of fabricated steel annually.

Welder Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $21.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 04:00am to 02:20pm)
- Shifts: 1st 4am - 2:30pm / 2nd 3pm - 3:30am
- Local Structural Steel Fabricator.
- Heavy Industrial.
- The facility is not climate controlled. Steel Toe boots required.
- Associates will be required to work in heat/ cold.
- Breakroom area and water stations available.
- Positions will require to lift up to 50 lbs, utilize tape measurements, grinders, welders or machine operators.
- Must be able to work in a hot and dusty work environment.
- Welding test required.
Welder Qualifications:
- Mig welding experience required.
- Able work 10+ hour shifts.
- Must have knowledge of tape measure.
- Must be able to work in a hot and dusty work environment.
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Must stand for entire shift.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds All leather steel toe boots required.
- Must have your own welding hood, sleeves, gloves.
- High School Diploma or GED NOT required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
