Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate each client's history of substance abuse and mental health, using standardized tools and best practices. \n
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any co-occurring mental health concerns, incorporating evidence-based methodologies. \n
- Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. \n
