Starting Pay: $32.25/hour

2nd & 3rd Shift Premium: +$2.00/hour

2nd (1:00 PM to 9:00 PM)

3rd (9:00 PM to 5:00 AM)

As a Line Mechanic, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our production lines operating safely and efficiently while working with experienced maintenance professionals in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Work On

Every day is different. You’ll be responsible for:

• Diagnosing and repairing production equipment
• Performing preventive maintenance to prevent downtime
• Setting up and changing over production lines
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues during production
• Improving equipment reliability and efficiency
• Partnering with Production, Quality, Sanitation, and Engineering teams
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and food-safe manufacturing environment
• Using SAP to document maintenance activities and manage work orders

You’ll work on equipment that keeps one of our flagship products moving from production to store shelves.

Qualifications

We’re interested in candidates with experience in areas such as:

• Industrial Maintenance
• Line Mechanic
• Maintenance Technician
• Mechanical Technician
• Manufacturing Maintenance
• Food Manufacturing
• Packaging Equipment
• Conveyor Systems
• Hydraulics
• Pneumatics
• Mechanical Troubleshooting

You’ll also need to:

• Pass our Mechanical Skills Assessment
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Be comfortable working overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed
• Hold (or obtain) a Forklift License
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English
