Must demonstrate clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process. Must assess and identify patient problems/needs. Will establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress. Responsible for assisting, supporting, and educating patients. Number of beds: 18. Average RN to patient ratio: 1:4/6. EMR: Cerner. Dress code: Traveler provided scrubs of any color. Patient population: Pediatric-Geriatric. Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved!! No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better). Travelers must be available to work holiday rotation as needed. RTO cannot be approved for those. Thank you! Submission requirements: 3+ years of Med Surg experience. Required ICU experience. Strongly preferred - those travelers with ICU experience will receive first consideration. Travel experience preferred. Cerner experience highly preferred. BSN preferred. Profile requirements: Work history skills checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year. 1 supervisory signed reference (from within the past two years of employment). License/certifications - must be uploaded with profile - facility will not pend. Certification requirements: BLS (AHA). State license requirements: New Hampshire Compact allowed. Additional license requirements: Active NH or Compact license is required at time of submission!
