HR - Payroll Architect

Develop, recommend, and establish the HR Architectures, and associated Key Design Decisions, for all HR Payroll & Timekeeping projects and platforms.

HR Architecture Domain:

• Familiar with HCM domain, HCM systems including SAP HR, Workday, Kronos etc
• Accountable for recommendations concerning HR Payroll architecture solutions on all HR projects or platforms.
• Accountable for the surfacing and development of all HR Key Design Decisions (KDDs).
• Accountable for all HR project architecture deliverables.
• Accountable for all HR project design reviews.
• Contributions to the development of HR architecture project planning, processes, methods and tools.
• In conjunction with CBAF Business Architecture, contributions to the development of all HR related architecture strategies and portfolio planning.

Payroll Architect Capabilities:

• Proven leadership to deliver solution architectures for complex solutions across all TOGAF domains (business, data, applications and technology) project budgets typically of greater than $5M.
• Mastery of a Technical area (example: Cloud, Integration, HR technologies or Information Management).
• Mastery of collaboration within a domain/segment/function and project. TOGAF certification or comparable experience, training or credentials.

Business and IT Knowledge for the HR Payroll Domain:

• Designing interfaces and assessing SaaS products for technical fit within HCM technologies
• Familiarity with SAP HR, ADP, Kronos and/or Workday
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, Payroll, Rewards & Recognition, Compensation, Benefits, 401K, Time (Kronos) etc

Architecture:

• Experience executing design authority according to a common architecture process, including the identification of Key Design Decisions.
• Experience operating across infrastructure, business, technology and functional architecture domains.
• Extensive experience working to ensure that regulatory requirements are understood across all stakeholders and moreover, translated into functional and technical requirements/specifications that enable individual system changes to support the overall architecture blueprint or strategy.
• Experience working with multiple vendors as well as internal IT teams in order to provide architecture coverage at all stages of a project and across all technical components.
• Familiarity with a range of database products as well as.NET and Java applications.
• Familiarity with Mobility
• Familiarity with a variety of data integration technologies and methods such as middlewares, service bus, API gateways, ETL, SOA/web services/REST, and MoM (publish-subscribe, Point to Point).
• Experience working with global IT, architecture, and business stakeholders.
