McKenzie Valve & Machining is looking for a safety-conscious candidate that is willing to learn and grow with the business. This is a role where you will work in a team environment where safety always comes first.

The Valve Assembler position performs maintenance, assessment, repair, and testing on various types of industrial valves.

Job Requirements:

• Responsible for repair and testing of various valves, including but not limited to ball valves, gate valves, usr valves and ufr top valves, safety relief valves, angle valves etc.
• Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring, reassembly, and testing of valves.
• Follow all schematics and documented procedures in accordance with all internal and external Quality Control standards that apply to the job.
• Thoroughly understand and successfully complete all calibration and documentation associated with testing and repairs.
• Communicate timely updates to management, co-workers, to ensure timely and successful completion of job responsibilities.
• Works closely with co-workers, management, and safety manager to ensure compliance with OSHA, McKenzie Valve and Machining, and all other safety regulations.
