Chief of Staff - Product Strategy & Operations

Google and YouTube are seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with YouTube leadership, accelerating execution and elevating decision quality across strategy, operations, and analytics. This role will shape cross-functional priorities and ensure alignment with organizational goals. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive impact, manage high-stakes initiatives, and communicate effectively across product, engineering, UX, and data science teams.
