They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities Fill and dispense online orders with care and accuracy Locate merchandise in stores and prepare items for packaging Package orders and verify correct items before handover Make appropriate product substitutions when needed Consult with customers, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction Manage shifting between online customer needs and in-store customer service Qualifications Positive, customer-focused attitude Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Team player who helps fellow associates Ability to keep work area stocked, clean, and safe *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
