What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in PA only

We need someone for 4 days a week, 7:30 am to 4pm or 8am to 4:30 pm.
Need to cover calls 1 day a week.
Two weekends for the 3 months coverage, 10/25, 11/29. If we get a locum from September 16, weekend
coverage will be needed for 9/20.
Looking for a provider who can confirm 6 mo coverage minimum on a regular basis. Full time need M-F 8a5p on a regular basis. Will need to take call (schedule TBD) 1:4
Call is for Phoenixville and outpatient is Pottstown.
BMT or acute leukemia is not required
There is a lab and pharmacy on site
There are 11 infusion chairs
Cases/Procedures are roughly 50/50 but it depends on the contract. If a FT provider than yes, maybe a little
more towards Onc. If parttime then no, lean toward heme as there is a need for continuity of care for the Onc
patients.
