Our Assistant Managers earn between $75,000-$130,000 including monthly and annual bonuses!
Assistant Managers earn a base salary of $65,000-70,000.
Assistant Managers earn a short-term monthly bonus as well as an annual long-term bonus. This bonus is based on store sales and profits that provide the opportunity to earn another $10,000-$60,000 per year. On average, our Assistant Managers earn up to $100,000/year with our top Assistant Managers earning up to $130,000.
Our health insurance is among the best in the industry, and we cover 100% of health, dental, and vision for all of our managers. Our health benefits have an annual value of $7,500!

We are opening 20 new restaurants across Texas over the next four years. That means we will need 20 new General Managers and 120 new Assistant Managers.
There will be no better restaurant management opportunity than at Pluckers. Because we are opening so many restaurants, you have the opportunity to become an Assistant General Manager within 4-6 months.
As we expand, we are also looking for individuals capable of developing into a General Manager role within 1-3 years. Our General Managers have the opportunity to earn over $200,000/year.
Before you can be eligible to become a General Manager, you will first complete our 16-week training program, then master the Assistant General Manager role.

What You'll Own:

Restaurant profitability - Alongside the GM, you'll own the restaurant's financial performance by managing labor, reviewing profit-and-loss results, controlling costs, reducing waste, forecasting and driving sales, and making smart decisions that help your team win.
Brand representation & guest relationships - You'll stay active on the floor, gather guest feedback, resolve concerns quickly, and help create the kind of experience that keeps guests coming back for more.
Service regulation compliance - You'll help keep the restaurant running responsibly by upholding alcoholic beverage regulations, coaching the team on proper service standards, and addressing issues quickly.
Inventory, purchasing, and maintenance - You'll keep the restaurant shift-ready by assisting with inventory and equipment inspections, purchasing food and supplies, and coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
Food quality & safety - You'll make sure every guest gets great food by upholding standards for cleanliness, food safety, recipe execution, and overall operations.
Staff development & coaching - You'll work alongside the GM to hire, train, coach, and oversee the development of team members through clear feedback, accountability, and support for their growth.

What to Expect:

This is not your typical Assistant Manager role. Our Assistant Managers actively work alongside their staff and management team to maintain high standards of service and operation - they lead from the front, not from the office.
Most of your time will be spent in an active restaurant environment, including guest-facing areas, the kitchen, storage areas, and occasional office settings.
You'll work around typical restaurant conditions, like hot surfaces, sharp equipment, wet or uneven floors, cleaning products, and other safety hazards.

Full-service restaurant management experience.

A can-do, team-oriented attitude.
Intelligence, analytical skills, assertiveness, passion, energy, tenacity, and ability to inspire followership.

Total Compensation range:

$75,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits.
