Role: AXIOM QA Automation Lead
\nLocation: Phoenix, AZ

\n \nMust Have Technical/Functional Skills
\n• Strong hands-on experience testing AXIOM/AxiomSL regulatory reporting solutions, including report configuration, data lineage, validation and submission workflows.
\n• Proven experience designing and implementing QA automation frameworks from scratch using Java or Python with Selenium and/or Playwright.
\n• Advanced SQL skills for source-to-target validation, database reconciliation, complex joins, stored procedures and high-volume data testing.
\n• Experience validating ETL/data pipelines, inbound feeds, transformation rules, aggregation logic and regulatory report outputs.
\n• Hands-on API testing and automation using REST Assured, Postman or equivalent tools.
\n• Working knowledge of banking regulatory reporting, financial products and controls; experience with FR Y-9C, FFIEC 031/041, Call Reports or similar reports is preferred.
\n• Experience integrating automated tests with Azure DevOps or Jenkins pipelines, Git-based version control and test-management tools.
\n• Strong defect management, root-cause analysis, test governance and stakeholder communication skills.
\n \nRequired Experience
\n• 8+ years of software testing experience with significant experience in data-intensive banking or financial-services applications.
\n• Hands-on AXIOM/AxiomSL testing experience covering functional, regression, integration, data and regulatory-report validation.
\n• Demonstrated success building scalable UI, API and database automation frameworks and increasing regression coverage.
\n• Experience working in Agile delivery models and collaborating with business analysts, developers, data teams and regulatory-reporting SMEs.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n• Define the end-to-end QA strategy, automation roadmap, test plan, entry/exit criteria and quality metrics for AXIOM releases.
\n• Design, build and maintain reusable automation frameworks for AXIOM workflows, APIs, databases and supporting applications.
\n• Validate source data, transformation rules, calculations, adjustments, reconciliations and final regulatory-report outputs.
\n• Lead functional, integration, regression, system, data-conversion and production-validation testing across release cycles.
\n• Create traceability between business requirements, regulatory rules, test scenarios, automation suites and defects.
\n• Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines and publish actionable execution and coverage reports.
\n• Lead defect triage, perform root-cause analysis, track quality risks and drive defects to closure with delivery teams.
\n• Mentor QA engineers, review test assets and enforce automation, coding and documentation standards.
