Residential Sales Representative
Base pay + uncapped commission | $55K$100K+ OTE Sales Focus Inc., the pioneer in sales outsourcing, is hiring full-time Residential Sales Representatives on behalf of our client A3 Smart Home, a leading provider of home security and smart home solutions. This is a W-2 full-time position offering base pay plus uncapped commission, providing both income stability and significant earning potential.

Sales Focus Inc. has more than 25 years of experience building and managing high-performing sales teams, launching over 1,300 sales campaigns across the United States.
Compensation
- Base pay + uncapped commission
- On Target Earnings: $55,000 $100,000+ annually
- W-2 full-time employment
- Bi-weekly pay
- Performance bonuses and incentives available
What You'll Do
- Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods
- Educate customers about A3 Smart Home security systems
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best security solutions
- Close sales and schedule installations
- Maintain a positive and professional presence in assigned territories
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Comfortable with face-to-face residential sales
- Reliable transportation
Sales experience is helpful but not required. We provide full training.
