Visual Content Specialist at BOXX Modular (United States)

Position Overview Full‑time Visual Content Specialist. The selected candidate will work from a Home‑Office setting and can reside in Dallas‑Fort Worth, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; Greater Toronto Area, Ontario; or Calgary, Alberta. The role requires 25–50% travel across the U.S. and Canada and involves managing photography, videography, graphic design, and 3D modeling assets for the Marketing and Sales teams. Responsibilities Develop and implement visual content strategies that align with marketing goals. Stay up to date on visual content trends and best practices. Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, engineering, project management, and other departments. Communicate clearly and effectively with external vendors, agencies, and stakeholders. Create a visual content calendar. Enhance and maintain brand guidelines. Graphic design, including brochures, print ads, and templates using the Adobe Suite. Perform photo and video editing and retouching; work with vendor when expert editing is required. Oversee design, production, and revision of 3D model marketing assets. Act as project manager/creator for photo and video shoots, including planning shoots, scheduling photographers, working with agency partners, and coordinating with sales teams and their customers for on‑site work. Visit branches and customer sites across the U.S. and Canada to capture photo and video content. Improve visual content on the website, social media, sales collateral, etc. Organize and manage all Marketing’s visual content and assets, including naming conventions, version control, and archiving. Perform other tasks and duties as directed. Qualifications 3–5 years of related professional experience. Experience in the construction industry a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize simultaneous requests. Goal‑oriented self‑starter who is highly motivated and seeking career advancement. Strong interpersonal skills; cross‑functional interaction required. Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Graphic design experience. Proficient photography and video recording skills (expert a plus); lighting and staging knowledge. Proficient in photo and video editing. Documentary‑style video creation experience a plus. Proficient in 3D modeling software a plus. Experience with social media a plus. Must comply with all company employment policies. Travel 25–50% travel between U.S. and Canada.
