Bilingual English/Spanish HR Administrator

Position Overview Location: Plano, Texas OR Fremont, California (On-site) Target Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) Work Authorization: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship. Delta Electronics is seeking a highly organized and professional Bilingual English/Spanish HR Administrator to support daily Human Resources operations within our Plano, Texas OR Fremont, California office. This role will serve as a key administrative and operational support partner to the HR team, assisting with employee relations support, onboarding coordination, HR documentation, reporting, communication, and general HR process administration. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, meticulous, highly organized, and comfortable working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting both employees and leadership. Responsibilities Support day-to-day Human Resources operations, employee support activities, and administrative coordination within a fast-paced corporate environment Assist with onboarding activities including new hire documentation, orientation coordination, Workday system updates, employee file maintenance, and contractor information management Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while supporting data integrity, reporting activities, audits, and operational tracking within Workday and related HR systems Coordinate interviews, meetings, scheduling logistics, employee communications, and recruitment support activities in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers Serve as a support resource for employees regarding HR-related questions, policies, forms, system navigation, and general process guidance Support HR reporting, spreadsheet management, operational documentation, training coordination, completion tracking, and employee development activities Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal events, cross-functional coordination efforts, and additional HR operational projects as assigned Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, organization, and attention to detail while supporting employee and organizational information Responsabilidades Principales Apoyar las operaciones diarias de al manejar información confidencial de empleados y de la organización Minimum Qualifications Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required 7+ years of Human Resources, Administrative Coordination, Office Support, or related operational experience Prior experience supporting HR systems and employee data management within Workday required Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities within fast-paced corporate environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism and customer support orientation Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential employee information appropriately Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Experience supporting onboarding coordination, employee records management, scheduling activities, reporting, and HR operational processes preferred Ability to operate independently while effectively partnering across cross-functional teams and leadership groups Comfortable working within a fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative environment Requisitos Fluidez bilingüe en inglés y español requerida Más de 7
