Retail Sales Associate — Base + Commission $10/Hour Base Pay + Commission | Top Performers: $3,000+ Biweekly

Electronic Express is looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing team!

Our Sales Associates help customers find the right products and solutions across a wide range of categories, including TVs, appliances, computers, mattresses, furniture, and home technology.

• $10/hour base pay + commission

• Top performers can earn $3,000+ in commission every two weeks

Total earnings will vary based on individual sales performance and commission earnings.

• Full-time and part-time positions available

• Retail schedules may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Availability requirements may vary by store and business needs

• Flexible scheduling opportunities may be available based on position and store needs

• Sales Associates should be prepared to work during peak shopping periods, including weekends and holidays

• Welcome customers and provide a first-class shopping experience

• Build relationships with customers and identify their needs

• Guide customers through the sales process from greeting to closing

• Recommend products and solutions that fit the customer's needs and budget

• Communicate the value of shopping with Electronic Express

• Present products, financing options, protection plans, and other available services

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals

• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor

• Follow merchandising and inventory standards

• Assist with cashiering, returns, customer financing, and other front-end responsibilities

• Stay current on products, promotions, financing options, and company programs

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment

• Ability to learn product features and confidently present solutions

• Reliable attendance and the ability to meet scheduled work commitments

• Availability that meets the scheduling needs of the position

• Previous sales or retail experience

• Experience working with customers in a sales or service environment

• Knowledge of electronics, appliances, computers, furniture, or other consumer products

Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training and development to help you succeed.
