Responsibilities Accompany providers during patient visits to assist in documenting the provider assessment and exam Ensure all documentation accurately reflects the patient encounter and plan of care. Attention to detail is a must. Gain substantial knowledge in how to appropriately document patient history, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic results, medical procedures, treatment plans, diagnoses, medication/prescription information, and follow-up instructions Navigate the office's computer system and electronic medical record Qualifications High School Diploma or GED is required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and computer skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Friendly, personable demeanor Detail oriented Ability to multi-task We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
