This space also includes a lab, retail pharmacy, café, community room and relaxing outdoor courtyard. For our primary care providers, this location offers the opportunity for closer collaboration with the specialists who treat their patients.Primary care practices at AtlantiCare are taking meaningful steps toward the "patient-centered medical home" model by offering same- or next-day urgent appointments, using electronic medical records and partnering with an AtlantiCare care manager to support complex patients.
