Job TitleBathe and dress patients, Serve meals and help patients eat, Take vital signs, Turn or reposition patients who are bedridden, Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses and doctors, Lift patients into beds, wheelchairs, exam tables, etc., Examine patients for bruises, blood in urine or other injuries/wounds, Clean and sanitize patient areas, Change bed sheets and restock rooms with necessary supplies.Three 12.5-hour shifts/week. All employees must provide proof of a negative TB skin test before hire or receive a skin test during new employee orientation at MBMHI. From November 1- March 31, employees must provide proof of a flu vaccination before hire. Flu vaccines may be provided during new employee orientation at MBMHI. Requests for exemption to the flu vaccine must be submitted to Mary C. Young, CEO, for review prior to hire. All exemption requests are subject to CEO approval. Failure to comply with these requirements will constitute breach of contract, and the contract will be terminated. These documents will be required before NEO or provided by Infection Control by week 2 of NEO.
