This opportunity also includes the potential to travel to other parts of the state, within our service area./ppAs a Per-Diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) you will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized physical therapy services to our patients on an as-needed basis. This is an individual contributor role and requires professionalism, attention to detail, and strong compassion for patient care. Compensation Benefits: The Per-Diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will receive $30-34 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, this position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team within the Interim HealthCare franchise. Flexible scheduling options are available, as well as potential opportunities for growth and advancement within the company./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliAdminister therapies and exercises to improve patients mobility, strength, and range of motion./liliMonitor and document patient progress, including any changes or updates to the treatment plan./liliCollaborate with the patients physician, family members, and other healthcare professionals as needed./liliEducate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for home-based exercises and self-management./liliMaintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations./liliAdhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as professional and ethical standards of conduct./li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliValid state license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)/liliMinimum of 1-year experience preferred./liliCPR certification./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills./liliStrong time management and organizational skills./liliAvailability to work weekends and/or evenings on an as-needed basis./liliMust be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening./li/ulpInterim HealthCare is Americas leading provider of home care, hospice and healthcare staffing.
