Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Operator to support daily production operations in a food and agriculture manufacturing environment. This is a physically demanding role requiring frequent lifting and safe operation of equipment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control production processes and equipment.
- Perform product sampling and basic analysis.
- Troubleshoot process equipment and coordinate with maintenance when needed.
- Follow established procedures, policies, and safety practices.
- Complete and coordinate required permits.
- Support efficient equipment operation and product quality.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- May also be referred to as a Control Room Operator .
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of forklift experience required.
- Forklift certification is not required .
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday .
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must successfully complete a background check and drug test .
- Must have safety boots that cover the ankle .
- No shorts, sleeveless shirts, or jewelry are permitted.
- Silicone wedding bands and medical alert bracelets are allowed.
Important
This is a physically demanding position. Candidates must be comfortable lifting 50-lb bags throughout the day .
