Social Services Coordinator – Skilled Nursing $60,000/year | Full-Time Days The Lutheran Home Skilled Nursing Community The Lutheran Home Skilled Nursing Community is hiring a Social Services Coordinator to support resident well-being and coordinate essential psychosocial services within our skilled nursing setting.
