Licensed Real Estate Agent – High Lead Volume & Team Support

Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

Work directly with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
Follow up with incoming leads and maintain pipeline communication
Conduct consultations, home tours, and listing presentations
Negotiate contracts and guide clients through closing
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching
Deliver excellent customer service from first contact to close

Qualifications:

Active Texas Real Estate License is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a growth mindset
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus
Willingness to learn and follow proven systems
