Quick Facts Location: Lansing, MI 1215 East Michigan Avenue Start Date: 07/28/2026 Duration: Temporary assignment, with credentialing estimated at 60-120 days Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Locum/Contract Licensure/Certifications: State license required (must be active) Experience: Prior anesthesia experience preferred, especially in endoscopy settings Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $187.60 Pay Packages: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit; holiday pay at 1.5x rate Benefits: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements, including mileage at IRS standard rate What You ll Do Provide independent MAC anesthesia care for endoscopy procedures Manage 10-16 cases per day, including EGD with biopsies, colonoscopy with biopsies, and combined procedures Work autonomously in a dedicated endoscopy setting without call obligations Document patient care using the EPIC system Collaborate with a specialized endoscopy team to ensure smooth workflows Support short-staffed department during this temporary period What You Need Required: Active CRNA license in Michigan Prior experience in anesthesia, particularly in outpatient/endoscopy settings Comfort practicing autonomously in a fast-paced environment Dependable and reliable with strong clinical skills Preferred: Experience managing a high volume of cases efficiently Familiarity with EPIC documentation system About the Assignment This locum opportunity at a leading facility in Lansing, MI, offers a stable weekday schedule in a dedicated endoscopy department.
