This is a full-cycle sales opportunity where you'll generate leads, build relationships, conduct consultations, and close sales while helping individuals and families find solutions that improve and protect their financial future.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and engage homeowners and consumers within assigned territories

  • Generate new business opportunities through door-to-door outreach and community networking

  • Build relationships and establish trust with prospective clients

  • Conduct needs-based consultations and presentations

  • Educate customers on available products and services

  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing

  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

  • Maintain accurate records using company CRM systems

  • Represent Empire professionally within the community

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous door-to-door sales experience preferred

  • Previous outside sales, retail sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred

  • Experience working toward performance goals or quotas is a plus

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
